About the publication
About Us
Planet Wellness Report publishes evidence-informed wellness guides and supplement analysis about sleep, energy, focus, and nutrition.
Why this publication exists
A biological mechanism, a study of an ingredient, and a claim about a finished supplement answer different questions. Wellness marketing often brings them together. This publication exists to separate those layers and explain what each can tell a reader.
The work includes interpreting human research, reading product labels, and turning evidence into practical guides. An analysis should leave you with a clearer decision even if you never buy a product.
Who is responsible
Felipe Lopes operates Planet Wellness Report as Publisher & Editor. He approves topics and scope, monetization, final editorial review, publication, and corrections, and holds operational and editorial responsibility. This role describes publishing work; it does not imply medical qualifications or clinical review.
Content is signed Planet Wellness Report. The former Ethan Cole signature was a disclosed fictional persona. The institutional signature makes responsibility clearer without inventing a team. AI tools can assist research organization, drafting, and checks; responsibility for publication remains with Felipe.
How topics and evidence are selected
Topics start with a reader question: what a study actually measured, whether a label matches the research, or which practical change deserves attention. Existing coverage and unanswered questions help define the scope. Commercial opportunity can inform selection, but an article does not need an affiliate product to be published.
Research is weighed by study design, population, preparation, comparison, and outcome. A relevant trial can matter more than a broad review that combines unlike interventions. For example, our phosphatidylserine analysis gives a null primary memory outcome more weight than exploratory findings in the same preprint.
What a label check can reveal
Official Supplement Facts panels establish declared composition, not clinical effectiveness. Our Advanced Memory Formula review distinguishes 150 mg of a phosphatidylserine complex from 150 mg of pure phosphatidylserine. Our Advanced Amino Formula review identifies eight listed amino acids and the absence of histidine.
When current composition is confirmed by the owner rather than independently retrieved from an official panel, that basis is stated. An undisclosed ingredient dose remains unknown. Documentary reviews do not imply that a product was purchased or personally tested.
Affiliates and editorial limits
Qualifying purchases through affiliate links can earn a commission. A product belongs on a page only when it answers a plausible next-step question raised by that page. Shared tags or a commission opportunity alone are insufficient. Commercial relationships do not determine the interpretation of evidence or the conclusion. Read the Affiliate Disclosure.
We do not turn mechanisms into promised outcomes, attribute a blend's effects to one ingredient without evidence, or claim a supplement prevents or treats disease. The content is educational and cannot replace individualized healthcare.
Questions, corrections, and updates
Send the page URL, the disputed statement, and supporting material to contact@planetwellnessreport.com. Felipe checks the issue against the cited source or current product information, corrects verified errors, and records substantial changes on the affected page. New evidence can change an interpretation; publication dates are not reset to make old work appear new.
The Editorial Policy explains evidence review, product checks, and recommendation decisions.
